It's the best time of the year
I'm not so sure where Little Bill lives, but it sure as heck aint Minnesota cuz we still have plenty of snow on the ground and more to come this weekend. This state never starts to green-up until May and we aren't actually free from the threat of snow until late May.
Who's bright idea it was to have Spring officially start so early is beyond me..LOL

I love cold weather...I know kick me! I also realize that I moved to the wrong state.
The only reason I go outside in summer is to take the kids to the beach since they love it so much otherwise I would be locked up in this house with the thermostat set at 65.
Woe is me this year, I'll be huge as cow in the CA heat. YUCK!
