Asphalt Pumpin Patch

I have to admit...I punked out on taking the kids to the pumpkin patch this year. Truth be told I don't feel like it! So after swim class on Sunday I took Kendall to the unofficial pumpkin patch...a stand of locally grown produce,flower, yard trinkets and now pumpkins and gourds. Thank god her 2 year old self doesn't realize we were only in the parking lot of a local strip mall...in her mind we were at the pumpkin patch. I know this deception won't fly next year, but I will take what I can get. She proceeded to pick out a pumpkin for herself, Trevor and daddy. I spent at total of $4.50...yippie!! Our last trip to the pumpkin patch set us back about 60 bucks.
